Where do you source your items from? We source our pieces both locally in NYC and internationally through trusted partners.

How do you price? We competitively price each item according to resale value and product condition.

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship worldwide within the USA & internationally.

How much is shipping? Orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $10 USA and $25 International. Priority shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 5 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will begin processing the next business day. We’ll notify you via email if any items in your order are out of stock or delayed.

How can I change or cancel my order? Please email contact@fifuhouse.com immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There are some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

Please note FiFu House is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. All items will be shipped out with signature required unless requested otherwise. By doing this you will assume full responsibility for missing/stolen packages.

Condition

Mint - Perfect condition. No visible signs of wear. Looks brand new.

Excellent - Near perfect pre-owned condition. Very minor wear only if you look closely.

Very Good - Very minor signs of wear consistent with age. Does not effect the wearability.
